The CEO of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah, says his management is not perturbed by a song theft suit brought against Kuami Eugene.

This comment follows a suit brought against Kuami Eugene by a Ghana-based Nigeria artiste, Oduma Essan, that his artiste has stolen his lyrics and rendition for his “Showbody” track off the “Son Of Africa”.

Speaking to JoyNews’ Doreen Avio, he stated that Nigerian artiste, Oduma Essan, claimed that Kuami Eugene plagiarized his song ‘Show Body’ is untrue.

He explained that if a person listens to the two songs, the only similarity they will identify is their title.

“So this artiste has taken it to court, and our lawyer sent everything to show them that this case makes no sense. So, it is up to the court to decide.

“You can go on Kuami Eugene’s IG or goggle Son of Africa tracklist, and you will see it was released a month before they released their song. So, there is no case.”
