Recall, Mr. Logic stated in an interview on Hitz FM that the young rapper’s songs do not make sense to him. According to him, music is supposed to impact positivity in the lives of the listeners but to him, Yaw Tog doesn’t preach sense in his songs.
Later in an interview on Adom TV, Mr. Logic clarified by saying he has nothing against the young talent because he is like a son to him. All he is trying to say is that his management has more work to do in grooming the rapper to maintain his relevancy in the industry.
It is at the back of this that Ruthy has replied to Mr. Logic by saying that Yaw Tog can only be judges after he writes his final examination.
In a post she made on Facebook, Ruthy asserted that Mr. Logic cannot condemn the young rapper’s project and potentials and claim that he is like a son to him.
She wrote; “Mr.Logic, Please Get this Right… You can only judge YawToG after Wassce. You can’t condemn a child’s project and potential and later claim “he’s like a son and so you made that comment out Love”… Who does that? Huh…. Tell me! You have an artist called #Mishasha, will you be happy when one says, that your artist only make noise and do not make sense even when she collaborated with “super stars” in the music field (Shatta wale/mzVee)? Why do we hate on talents when they are not under our record label or ain’t in camp and later claim we Love those artist..?
