Former SM Militant, Joint 77 has said that his independence in the music industry has made him more famous and better in his career than when he was under his former boss, Shatta Wale.

Recall, the singer and his former boss parted ways after they engaged in a heated argument on Hitz FM during a phone interview.
After the clash, Shatta further stormed Joint 77’s house to take back the Toyota Camry car he purchased for him when to confirm that they have truly parted ways.
Speaking in a recent interview with Kumi Kasa and DJ JahSolo on Koforidua based ABEN Fm’s Entertainment show, Joint 77 stated that he believes he is now more famous and musically good than when he was under Shatta Wale.
He said that he has gotten the opportunity to explore and make impacts with his talent and that is taking him very far in his journey.
I can say I am now popular than the time I was with Shatta Wale’s SM label, I can now explore and exhibit my talent and it’s taking me far, he said.
Meanwhile, Joint 77’s former boss, Shatta Wale has purchased a new Rolls Royce in addition to his fleet of cars.
In a video sighted on Instagram this morning, Shatta Wale was seen flaunting his new whip before he drove off after pulling the brakes to talk with his admirer for some minutes.
