Kelvyn Boy Finally Reacts After Oheneba Kissi Accused Him Of Stealing His Song

Ghanaian Afrobeat ‘badman’, Kelvyn Brown who performs under the stage name, Kelvyn Boy has finally reacted to claims made by Highlife legend, Oheneba Kissi that he stole a verse from his song.

Recall, Oheneba Kissi during an interview on the UTV’s United hosted by Empress Nana Ama Mcbrown expressed his displeasure in the Afrobeat act stealing a verse from his song without his permission.

He said that he has taken actions against Kelvyn Boy over copyrights infringement.

In reaction to that, the “Mea” hitmaker debunked Oheneba Kissi claims that he has stolen a verse from one of his popular songs.

Speaking on Zylofon FM with Sammy Flex, Kelvyn Boy said that he only sampled only a line from Oheneba Kissi which he earlier didn’t know that he was the composer of that particular song.

Well, her comments landed her into trouble after the Ga Traditional Council reacted by saying that her comments are defamatory, adding that such a provocative remark has the potential to foment strife in Ghana.

Although she rendered a public apology to the Ga Traditional Council for her comments on their traditional festival, she was summoned on Monday by the authorities of the council.

In viral photos circulating on social media, the Evangelist was seen in a sober mood, kneeling in front of the council to ask for their forgiveness.
