In her submission, she said;
“I am not singing because of awards. I do it for the soul. It’s good if you are rewarded too. My favorite secular artiste is Shatta Wale.
I don’t have plans of working with a secular artiste. There is no unity in the gospel music industry but it is normal. Even in our homes, we have our differences. “
In the same interview, she spoke about her ‘beef’ with her fellow gospel musician, Joe Mettle and addressing this, she said;
“I do not have any issue with Joe Mettle. I didn’t feel bad when people said I spoke ill of the gospel industry when I addressed certain issues. Some people applauded me for being outspoken.
OB Nartet said Joe Mettle is number one because he has a lot of views on YouTube. I was also asked to express my thoughts on it and I asked what makes the person number one? YouTube? What about traditional media?
