Ghanaian actor Prince David Osei has quizzed why Ghanaians want to crucify the president in just 3 months in his second tenure of office.

Prince David Osei stated that Ghanaians given the mandate to Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo for the second term in the 2020 presidential and parliamentary general elections held on December 7th means the president was able to work in the interest of the people.
He added that he doesn’t understand why just after 3 months into his second tenure, most people has taken to social media to call for the ‘head’ of the president for under performance knowing very well the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the country.
He stated that something doesn’t add up to him, and he sort to seek ideas from the public especially from the #FixTheCountry protestors who are on the neck of the ‘president’ for the past 5 days.
You gladly gave the mandate to the president in January to govern for the 2nd term, because he fulfilled most of his promises in the 1st term! Just 3 months into his tenure admist the global Covid19 pandemic, you are crucifying him? Something don’t add up! Discuss pls…
Recall Prince David Osei received a lot of heavy backlash from Ghanaians and some of his industry colleagues after he questioned the attitude and behavior of the people as the reason why the country is as it is right now.
The movie star stated that the government is finding it very difficult to fix the country as the people are demanding because of the citizens’ greed, hate, selfishness and non-chalant attitude.
Just may be if we fix ourselves first, then we can fix our country, we are all full of hate, greed, selfishness and non – chalant attitude.. God help #FixYourSelf
He comments didn’t go well with most Ghanaians including media personalities Serwaa Amihere and MC Yaa Yeboah who slammed the actor on social media for such a ‘disrespecting’ comments.
