The top three winners of Citi FM and Citi TV‘s ‘Thank You Mama’ promotion will be announced tomorrow, Friday, May 7, 2021, on the Citi Breakfast Show.
Hundreds of entries were received from listeners and viewers in honour of their mothers as part of the Mother’s Day celebrations which comes off on Sunday, May 9, 2021.
After more than a week of receiving entries, top 20 participants were selected. The list was subsequently whittled down to ten.
Five finalists will be selected by tomorrow of which the Citi Breakfast Show will select the top three winners.
Participants were required to write a letter to Citi FM/Citi TV in not more than 100 words, stating why their mothers deserved to be celebrated.
The letter had to begin with “Thank You Mama for…”
Participants were also mandated to add a photo of themselves and their mother and send it through email to [email protected] or visit www.citinewsroom.com to complete a form for participation.
The winners will enjoy the following:
1st Prize: An all-expense-paid weekend stay for Mama at Royal Senchi, a Mother’s Day hamper and Spa Treatment.
2nd Prize: An All-expense-paid weekend stay for Mama at The Peninsula Resort and a Mother’s Day hamper
3rd Prize: Lunch for 4 at an exclusive restaurant or Hotel and a Mother’s Day hamper.
