Award-winning Highlife musician, Eugene Kwame Marfo, well known as Kuami Eugene has said that he has plans of occupying government positions in the future.

In an interview with Ohemaa Woyeje on the “Y’adwuma Nie” show on Angel FM, Kuami Eugene said that music isn’t the only thing he plans on doing with his life because he plans on grabbing any opportunity that comes his way.
He said that apart from entertaining his fans with his music, he is also concerned about the collective wellbeing of his people, thus taking up a government position to see to that will be great for him.
I have plans. I am not only concerned about music. I have more ambitions even to occupy other positions including government positions. It would not be bad to take up a role in government, because I am the kind of guy who is concerned about our collective wellbeing
, he said.
The reigning VGMA artiste of the year also added that he will take up a role in government should he be appointed to hold any office.
Touching on how he intends to take up positions, Kuami Eugene said he has started some online studies so he can attain certain certificates to help himself in the future.
So to reach that level, you need to attain certain qualifications. I am working towards it, putting together some online studies to be able to attain some certificates and more towards the future, he added.
