Nigeria’s fast growing lubricants and engine oil firm, CDN Oil and Lubricants Limited has assured its customers of quality and affordable engine solutions despite the global spike in the price of base oil.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, CDN Oil and Lubricants Limited, Dr. Chukwuka Daniel Nwokolo, who gave the assurance while speaking to journalists in Abuja, said the firm is committed to bridging the gap between quality and affordability in the country’s lubricants market.

Nwokolo noted that the firm is pursuing a systematic expansion strategy with a vision of becoming the household name for engine oil and lubricants in Nigeria, adding that the product is already in over ten states in the country, including Sokoto, Lagos, Abuja, Kwara and Nassarawa.

Noting the increase in the global price of base oil used for the production of lubricants, the 33-year-old CEO, said despite the hike, the price of its quality engine oil and lubricants remains fairly cheaper when compared with those of its competitors in the country’s lubricants market.

Nwokolo stated: “At CDN Oil and Lubricants Limited, we are committed to becoming the best choice and leading marketer of engine oil and lubricants product in Nigeria, and this we can achieve by ensuring we continue to provide solutions to all automotive users in the country through our affordable, quality and efficient range of products, no matter the economic situation.

“Although, we are experiencing a very high increase in the price of base oil, which has affected the global lubricants market and raised the prices of all lubricant products in the market, we have continued to put our customers first, ensuring that our prices are fairly cheaper when compared to all our competitors.

“This however didn’t distort the quality and efficiency of our range of CDN lubricant products. As a firm, we will continue to ensure that our customers get value and satisfaction for every money expended on any of our products.”

Recall that CDN Oil and Lubricants was recently projected on the list of top five (5) emerging firms to take over the Nigerian lubricants market in 2021, according to an independent market survey conducted by Flash Poller, an international pollster.
