Arsenal hitman Robin van Persie has been putting in some magnificent performances this season, and has already scored more than 20 goals in the Premier League. But with rumours surrounding his future, his wife Bouchra has warned people only to believe what comes from the striker’s mouth.
With Arsenal hitting form at the right time, it looks as if they could secure the final Champions League spot, but in the past couple of months they have been caught short on numerous occasions, leading to speculation surrounding the future of their best player.
And Mrs. Van Persie has taken to Twitter to voice her disapproval at the rumours, and told fans only to believe what her husband has to say.

“Rumours, rumours, rumours pfff getting tired of them,” she said via her Twitter account. “Please don’t believe anything unless it comes from @Persie_Official him self.”
Van Persie himself hasn’t addressed the rumours about his future, with Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini recently claiming that he would be interested in signing the striker (obviously).
Other clubs said to be interested are Inter and AC Milan, among others, but manager Arsene Wenger has said it is vital that he stays in north London.
