She might have only given birth to daughter Lourdes at the beginning of November, but Alex Gerrard has wasted no time snapping back into shape.
The 29-year-old showed off her stunning slimline figure in a pair of super-tight waxed trousers she took her newborn baby out in Liverpool today.
Alex teamed her trousers with a white T-shirt, fur jacket and patterned pumps as she headed for lunch at the Neighbourhood Cafe.

Steven Gerrard, accessorised her outfit with a stylish printed scarf,
and kept her hair and make-up simple for the trip out.
Alex’s debut of her post-baby figure
comes after she revealed her husband finds women more attractive when
they are slightly curvier.
She wrote in her OK! magazine column: ‘Cheryl Cole has said she feels ‘sexy’
after putting on 7lb. I think her clothes look so much nicer when she
has a bit more weight on her as there was a point earlier this year when
she looked really thin.

‘I think men prefer women to have curves anyway –
I know Steven does.’
As well as being mother to Lourdes, Alex also has two older daughters with Steven – Lily-Ella, seven, and Lexie, five.
And despite being not even two months
old, Lourdes is already getting used to the celebrity lifestyle, having
had her first magazine shoot earlier this month.

Alex wrote in her column: ‘Lourdes had her first photo-shoot
with OK! this week and I was really made up because I thought it was
going to be hard work but she was so good. She hardly cried at all.
Lilly and Lexie had a fun time too.
‘When they were younger they used to
moan when we did shoots but now they’re a bit older they love dressing
up.
‘When Steven and I did some shots of just us with the baby, the girls
were like, “When is it our turn?” It was so funny!’
