Luanda — The Angolan minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva, said Sunday that her department wants the children’s book fair to be stop being just an annual event and instead make it happen in different districts of the province of Luanda.
The minister gave this information to ANGOP after attending a book fair, with the Angolan nationalist Amadeu Amorim.
The event also served to increase awareness on children and young people about other aspects of culture and history of the country, said Rosa Cruz e Silva, adding that the next place will be at the historical monument of Cazenga, in Luanda.
Amadeu Amorim considered Children’s Book fair impressive, taking into account the number of participants and the attractive elements in the event.
The Children’s Book Fair ends this Sunday at 08 in the evening.
